1.3 **Event Rentals:** We provide event rental items such as decor, backdrops, signage, and other event-related equipment. Rental terms are subject to availability and additional conditions.

2. **Orders and Payments**
2.1 **Order Submission:** Orders must be submitted through our website, in person, or via email. Each order must include detailed specifications to avoid errors.

- Any damages, loss, or late returns will result in additional charges.

3.3 **Intellectual Property:** Clients must ensure they have the rights to use any logos, images, or designs submitted for customization. We are not liable for intellectual property disputes arising from the client’s submissions.

4. **Turnaround Times**
4.1 Turnaround times vary based on the complexity of the order. Estimated completion times will be provided upon order confirmation. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

5. **Limitation of Liability**
5.1 Power of Creation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

5.2 In no event will our liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service or product that gave rise to the claim.
